Our ceramics are created in Sicily through an entirely artisanal process, which respects the natural rhythms of the material, traditional techniques and the value of human labour.

Each creation is the result of slow and careful workmanship, carried out in selected artisan workshops, respecting the historic Sicilian ceramic tradition.
We don't use industrial processes: each piece is handmade, individually finished, and signed as a guarantee of authenticity.

Each phase of the process is directly followed and verified, from modeling to final firing.
In ceramics, time is not a limit but a resource.

ARTISAN PRODUCTION

Production is non-industrial and completely manual.
Each stage of the process is entrusted to ceramists and artisan workshops hand-selected for the quality of their work, stylistic consistency, and respect for tradition.

We collaborate with multiple laboratories to enhance different skills while maintaining a consistent quality standard.

Each piece comes:
• hand-modeled
• manually decorated
• completed and signed individually

THE VALUE OF TIME

Artisanal ceramics follows natural rhythms that cannot be forced.
We collaborate exclusively with workshops that respect craftsmanship, production times, and process quality.

A simple piece takes an average of 10–15 days to make, while decorated creations – particularly those embellished with gold – can take 15–30 days, depending on their complexity.

The process involves:
• terracotta modeling
• natural drying of the material
• waiting times between one cooking session and the next
• drying of the decoration before final firing

Time is an integral part of the final result.

PROCESS

From raw material to finished piece

Clay preparation
The clay is worked until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.

Modeling
The shapes come to life by hand or through artisanal molds.

Drying
Natural drying to avoid deformation.

First baking (biscuit)
Stabilizes the piece and prepares it for enameling.

Enamelling
Applied by hand with non-toxic materials and, where applicable, suitable for food contact.

Second cooking
It sets the enamel and gives resistance.

Manual decoration
The decorations are handmade.

Final cooking
It guarantees stability and durability over time.
