Buying artisanal ceramics requires attention, care, and responsibility.
That's why we handle every shipment with the utmost precision, using protective packaging and reliable couriers, ensuring every creation arrives safely at its destination.

Our goal is to offer a clear, transparent and worry-free shopping experience.

Couriers used

Shipments to Italy are made via DHL and Poste Italiane – SDA, couriers selected for their reliability and traceability.

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive the information needed to track the delivery.

For shipments to destinations outside Italy, please contact us before purchasing to check availability and shipping methods.

Shipping times

Shipping times may vary depending on:
• destination
• product type
• artisanal production times

Custom or made-to-order ceramics follow the manufacturing times indicated in the product sheet or order confirmation, plus courier delivery times.

Protective packaging

Each order is prepared with protective packaging appropriate for the fragility of the product.

We use materials designed to protect the ceramic during transport, minimizing the risk of damage.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are fully insured to protect the customer and the value of the product.

In case of damage during transport, the insurance allows you to initiate a refund or replacement process according to the established conditions.


Receiving the package: what to do

Upon delivery we recommend:
• accept the package subject to inspection
• check the condition of the external packaging, also with photos
• keep the packaging until the contents have been checked

In case of damaged product it is necessary to:
• send a communication via email within 5 days of delivery
• attach photos of the external and internal packaging
• attach photos of the damaged product

This information is essential to correctly open the insurance claim.


Returns and right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery date, as provided by current legislation.

The product must be returned:
• intact
• not used
• properly packaged

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return has been received and verified, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund applies only to the cost of the product, excluding shipping costs.
